Combining cold forming and hot forging technology with precision machining and other secondary operations, John Hassall produces custom designed pins, rivets and threaded fasteners with lengths of up to 9" and shank diameters ranging from 0.018 up to 0.406". Materials utilized are all the various grades of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys, as well as super alloys such as Inconel 718, Waspaloy, Cobalt L-605 and MP 159.
